Today’s business world is ever-changing; no organisation stands still for very long. Projects are started and stopped, teams are structured and restructured, new products are launched…the list goes on.

Every day we see teams that are so busy and under pressure to deliver that they launch into action without taking time to establish why they exist or plan where they are going. In short, we see groups of people who call themselves teams but are not working as teams in the true sense of the word. Allagi can change that.
