The story so far…360 feedback in an instant
Newsflash: it’s almost the end of April. That means one third of the year is already over!
A good time to take a step back and review how things are going for you and your team. Two suggestions:
- As a team, spend some time reviewing how you’re doing as a team. Use a simple ‘Stop, Start, Continue’ method to agree which things are working, not working or need improvement. Don’t try to change the world – take, say, three things and prioritise those for the coming quarter.
- Do the same for yourself as a team leader or member. People often look on 360-degree feedback as a mammoth (and costly) exercise. Rubbish! Simply ask your manager, some of your direct reports and colleagues to complete a ‘Stop, Start, Continue’ review for you, collate the responses and prioritise three things you’re going to focus on for the coming three months.
There you go – quick and easy reviews to keep you on track as the weeks continue to whizz by!
