About Us

Allagi Consulting was founded in 2005 by Ann Greene. Ann has over ten years’ experience in Organisation Development in sectors including hospitality, pharmaceutical and financial services in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. Ann has led small and large teams in both start-up and well-established organisations, and is passionate about the power of highly effective teams in shaping organisational performance. 

Ann holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is licensed by the British Psychological Society in the use of a range of psychometric instruments including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), FIRO-B, 16PF and Belbin Team Roles.
